He allegedly was found passed out on the ground near a car in a parking lot of the fair on Friday, according to a sheriff’s deputy report. Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacob Shaw said he called for a medic and then Jenkins allegedly started to become aggravated.
“Jaden stood up and walked toward me yelling and clenching his fist,” the affidavit says. “I told Jaden if he did not calm down he would be sprayed. Jaden continued to walk toward me yelling with his hands clinched. I delivered a two-second burst of OC spray across Jaden’s eyes.”
The affidavit states Jenkins then turned around to walk away and when Shaw attempted to arrest him again, the suspect allegedly hit the deputy with his elbow.

“I grabbed Jaden’s arm and told him to place his hands behind his back,” Shaw says. “Jaden then struck me in the face with the back of his elbow.”
Deputies alleged they found two open cans of Four Loko in the car, according to the court records.
Kenton Ridge football player, Northeastern Superintendent John Kronour said he was aware of Jenkins’ arrest and confirmed he’s a Kenton Ridge football player. He declined to said if Jenkins will face any academic or athletic punishment.
