Springfield woman accused of sending nude photos to juvenile

A Springfield woman has been indicted on charges of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles after police say she sent nude photos to a 14-year-old boy.

Rose Jane Wells, 22, allegedly purchased a cell phone for the boy, according to court documents. The boy’s mother allegedly found the phone with nude photos of Wells on it, court records say.

Wells told police the boy told her he was 17-years-old, according to court documents.

A Clark County Grand Jury also returned the following indictments:

Montez Armon Applin, 25, 232 Oakwood Place: Illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and possession of cocaine.

Nichole D. Hoopes, 26, 1610 Sunset Ave.: Aggravated possession of drugs.

Timothy Eberhart, 21: Two counts of violating a protection order.

Randy Lee Clark, 65, 21 N. Belmont Ave.: Possession of cocaine.

Keith C. Wooster, 20, 1116 Innisfallen Ave.: Burglary.

Jeremi Doll, 19, Urbana: Aggravated possession of drugs.

Adrian Miquel Bush, 31, 2 W. Leffel Lane: Felonious Assault.

Casey McIntyre Stoermer, 29: Failure to comply.

Stephanie Shann Schoonover-Coy, 39, New Carlisle: Passing bad checks.

Eric Logan Nelson, 25, 103 E. Cassilly St.: Burglary.

Elijiah Savon Johnson, 19, 718 Innisfallen Ave.: Trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Jamie Lee Back, 37, 3267 Lower Valley Pike: Four counts of breaking and entering, safe-cracking, vandalism and obstructing official business.

Michael Shane Byrd, 47, 1101 Fruitland Road: Violating a protection order.
