Deputies stopped their car about 11:30 p.m. Thursday because it allegedly didn’t have a front license plate, according to a police report.

Moten then allegedly ran through a yard, deputies said, and fell into a bush where he was arrested. Lavender was also arrested in the vehicle by other deputies who arrived on scene.
