The charges stem from a drug investigation by the Springfield Police Division, Clark County Assistant Prosecutor Ryan Saunders said.

“He is alleged to have trafficked heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine in Clark County,” Saunders said.

The charges are a direct indictment and an affidavit for the case wasn’t readily available Tuesday. Roberts hadn’t been arrested as of Tuesday afternoon.

Saunders said the prosecutor’s office takes drug crimes seriously.

“We intend on prosecuting this case to the fullest extent of the law,” he said.
