Enoch allegedly met with a man and woman he knows about purchasing handguns about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night in the 800 block of West Pleasant Street. Enoch allegedly asked the man to see the guns and while he was inspecting them, left the area in a silver SUV with two other men in the vehicle, according to a police report.
Officers then found the SUV in the 400 block of Rice Street and chased the car to the 1200 block of Tibbetts Avenue, where the SUV struck a parked car and came to a stop in the middle of the roadway. The officers found Enoch walking on Clay Street, where he surrendered to police.

The man and woman identified Enoch and the vehicle. Officers allegedly found multiple cell phones inside the SUV, as well as Enoch’s ID, a small plastic bag containing a substance believed to be crack cocaine and a digital scale.
