The imaging center at 2100 Emmanuel Way provided a variety of services, including diagnostic images, cancer screenings and ultrasounds, according to its website. Neither the company’s website nor its Facebook page provided any further information about the center’s closing.
Some patients and their families said the closing was a surprise, including Jackie Estep of Springfield.

The business is a tenant in a medical complex that also houses Compunet Clinical Laboratories and Advanced Dermatology of Ohio, according to a sign at the property. The site is owned by Synergy Development Ltd., according to information from the Clark County Auditor’s Office.
Midland Properties serves as the property managers. Crystal Clear Imaging verbally informed Midland they’re leaving the facility but no further information was available and no written notification was provided, said Tom Loftis, Midland’s co-founder.

Mercy Health in Springfield will be able to serve Crystal Clear’s patients, said Dave Lamb, a spokesman for Mercy.
“We are aware of Crystal Clear closing,” Lamb said. “Patients can rest assured that services are available at Mercy Health – Springfield Imaging and Lab Center.”
The Mercy Health center is located at 1343 Fountain Blvd. and patients can call 937-328-8100. Imaging services available at Mercy Health include mammograms, x-rays, MRI, ultrasound and CT scans.
